1. 1Shut off gas, pull couplers off kegs, attach cleaning jumpers.
2. 2Recirculate 2% caustic solution for 15 min at 1.5–2 gpm.
3. 3Flush with clean water until pH neutral (test strip).
4. 4Disassemble faucets; soak parts in caustic, scrub, rinse.
5. 5Inspect washers/o-rings; replace anything cracked or stiff.
6. 6Re-tap kegs, vent first ½ pint per line into a pitcher.
7. 7Log date, technician initials, and any parts replaced.
