Shut off gas, pull couplers off kegs, attach cleaning jumpers.

Recirculate 2% caustic solution for 15 min at 1.5–2 gpm.

Flush with clean water until pH neutral (test strip).

Disassemble faucets; soak parts in caustic, scrub, rinse.

Inspect washers/o-rings; replace anything cracked or stiff.
6
Re-tap kegs, vent first ½ pint per line into a pitcher.
7
Log date, technician initials, and any parts replaced.
