3

LIKELY CAUSES — RANKED MOST COMMON FIRST

  1. 1

    WARM SPOT IN THE LINE

Any uninsulated section above 40°F causes CO₂ break-out mid-line.

    Fix
    • Inspect trunk insulation end-to-end.
    • Check that glycol return is within 2°F of supply.
  2. 2

    KINKED OR TWISTED LINE

    Restriction collapses, creating turbulence.

    Fix
    • Straighten lines at the keg and tower; replace any pinched sections.
  3. 3

    FAULTY FOB OR SHANK WASHER

Air intrusion or partially closed FOB sensor causes pulsing.

    Fix
    • Reset the FOB after every keg change; inspect float and seal.

STILL NOT FIXED?

Capture temp at the faucet, applied PSI at the regulator, and a photo of the pour. Then check the spec reference or run a full line cleaning.
